Bank card safety recommendations

In order to ensure your bank card safety, please take the following recommendations into consideration:

If you have any questions related to using your bank card, you should contact the UniCredit phone numbers listed on the Bank’s website or on the back of the plastic card: +7 (495) 956-36-36, +7 (812) 346-8415 or 8-800-700-10-20.

Upon receiving a card in the Bank branch

Make sure that the PIN is in a sealed envelope that does not have damages.
Do not provide third parties with information about the card details, including the Bank's employees.

When using a credit card, please observe the following rules

Never reveal your PIN to anybody.
SMS messages concerning bank cards are sent from UniCredit and the last digits of the card number are always indicated in the messages from the Bank.
Do not allow photocopying or photographing your card.
When making online purchases using the card details choose websites of retailers that use the safe card transactions technology: Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode.
Use only websites of known and trusted retailers.

Remember:

To carry out an online operation, you do not need to enter the PIN!
By entering a one-time SMS password, you give the Bank permission to perform an operation with the details specified in the SMS message.

To ensure your card safety please use the following services

SMS.UniCredit, which allows you to monitor transactions on your card in real time.
To cut down on your risk you can configure the card usage parameters. This functionality is available for card holders in Enter.UniCredit, Mobile.UniCredit, as well as when contacting the Bank's Information Center.

When a fraud event occurs:

Immediately contact the Bank's Information Center and block your card.
Submit an application in the Bank branch about disagreement with the card transaction.
Report a fraud at any police station.
